1) How should I best remove PRIORITEYES Mascara?
We recommend using a gentle makeup remover or cleansing balm along with warm water and a cleansing cloth. It's crucial to avoid rubbing the eyes to avoid damage. For detailed instructions, check out our Lid and Lash Cleansing Guide [here](link).
2) Where can I buy SENSITEYES Cleansing Balm?
SENSITEYES Cleansing Balm is currently in development. Dr. Jacqui is collaborating with a team of chemists to ensure it's perfect. Once it meets our standards, it will undergo intensive testing before release. In the meantime, Dr. Jacqui recommends Clinique Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm, available in a convenient travel/trial size.
3) Does the mascara come in brown?
Initially, Prioriteyes mascara was only available in black, but we very quickly developed and launched our brown mascara in response to a great deal of customer requests. Currently we have both black and brown mascara available.
4) Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to addresses within Australia and New Zealand. We're committed to expanding our reach in the future to serve our international customers better.
5) Can I use OKKIYO products if I have blepharitis, dry eye, or other eye conditions?
Whilst we are not able to provide direct medical advice here on this page, in general, these are two of the most common conditions that cause sensitive eyes and therefore were two of the conditions that Dr Beltz had in mind when she created her products. Of course new products are not recommended at time of great worsening or flare, but if your conditions are under reasonably good control our products are good options for you to try. If you are uncertain in any way or have specific questions about your eye condition please consult with your own eye health provider.
